1 4oz. pkg. dried beef, chopped
2 T. oleo
8 eggs, beaten
1 small can mushrooms, drained, optional
In a skillet over medium coals, cook beef in oleo until edges curl. Add remaining ingredients. Heat stirring until desired doneness. Serves 4

On charcoal briquet's:
Searing: 450*-500* ..glowing with gray ash around cubes.
Grilling: 400*-450*..gray ash covering coals
Covered Cooking..350*-400* coals half way ashed
Warming: 300*-350* coals mostly ash
