1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
2 T. sugar
1/4 c. oleo
1/2 c. water
1 t. salt
1/2 c. spicy mustard
2 c. bread flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine oleo, water salt and mustard. Mix in yeast mixture. Knead, adding more flour as needed . Knead 10 minutes or until dough is very smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, let rise until doubled. Punch down. Shape loaf in a greased loaf pan. Cover and let rise until double. Brush with oleo and bake at 375* for 35 minutes.

nor trust inme, I did no wrong
in wanting the best left in my youth.

I think I musta been mad at a guy that day.
