1 pkg. hot roll mix
1 lb. ground beef
1 15oz. can chili beans in sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 t. oregano
1/2 t. chipotle chili powder
2 c. grated American cheese
1 c. grated Romano cheese
Prepare dough according to package directions, omitting raising. Divide dough in half. On a lightly floured surface, roll each half into circles.. Place on greased pans.Press edges to stand slightly. In skillet, brown beef, drain. Add seasonings and slow simmer 5 minutes. Spread beans on dough, then top with beef, then cheeses. Bake at 425* for 20 minutes.
Serves 6
Green Onion Curls: Cut the roots and most of the green tops of a green onion. Cut lengthwise through the stalk, leaving 3/4" uncut so the spray will hold together. Turn the onion and make another cut, parallel to the first cut. Continue cutting the top end of the onion in little strips. Soak in ice water 20 minutes to curl.
