Chicken Breasts Salsa

November 16, 1994

1/2 c. salad dressing
1/2 c. ranch salad dressing
1/4. red pepper flakes--or 1 pack from a delivery pizza
6 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
salsa

Mix dressings and pepper flakes. Spread over chicken. Cover and chill 30 minutes. Place chicken over medium coals. Grill, uncovered 10 minutes on each side or until fork tender. Serves 6

So sad today. A local teen girl was killed at school during a fight. Bad decisions for no reason. My theory is if a parent was in the home at all times, our children would be more stable, but nope.

Freezer Tips:
Don't put hot foods in the freezer as it tends to thaw or melt the contents. Use only moisture proof and vapor proof containers. For minimizing freezer burn, squeeze air out of freezer bags,leaving space for expansion, especially liquids. Don't freeze meat in store packaging. Best to use aluminum foil or freezer bags. Date each package.
